Our candles are designed for long-lasting enjoyment, with burn times of approximately 20 hours for the 3.1 oz mini tin candles and up to 50 hours for the 8 oz glass jar candles, with proper wick care.
Made with sustainable wooden wicks, natural coconut soy wax, and luxury fragrance oils, each candle is free from parabens, phthalates, and is vegan and cruelty-free, offering an eco-conscious, premium experience.

If a refund is issued, please allow up to ten (10) business days from the date we receive your item for your return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. This policy is only applicable to products purchased on our website www.mellowhouse.ca. If you wish to be refunded for a Mellow House product from a third party vendor, their store's policies apply.

Local Calgary Delivery
We’re pleased to offer FREE local delivery within Calgary for residential homes every Tuesday! At this time, we're unable to deliver free to apartment buildings, as we don't have access to mailrooms or secure entry. Since we handle all local deliveries ourselves, we want to ensure your order reaches you safely and directly. To see if you qualify for free delivery, please check your postal code on our website checkout page.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive your package in person. If no one is home, you must be comfortable with the package being left outside your door.
Mellow House is not liable for any missing packages, so we encourage you to check promptly after delivery. You will receive an email notification when your package has arrived.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited domestic shipments. We currently ship just within Canada.
