All products are FINAL SALE, however, if in the event you are unsatisfied with the quality or detect a defect, please email us to initiate a request for a refund.

If a refund is issued, please allow up to ten (10) business days from the date we receive your item for your return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

This policy is only applicable to products purchased on our website www.mellowhouse.ca. If you wish to be refunded for a Mellow House product from a third party vendor, their store's policies apply.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.

Local Calgary Delivery​

We’re pleased to offer FREE local delivery within Calgary for residential homes every Tuesday! At this time, we're unable to deliver free to apartment buildings, as we don't have access to mailrooms or secure entry. Since we handle all local deliveries ourselves, we want to ensure your order reaches you safely and directly. To see if you qualify for free delivery, please check your postal code on our website checkout page. ​​

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive your package in person. If no one is home, you must be comfortable with the package being left outside your door.

Mellow House is not liable for any missing packages, so we encourage you to check promptly after delivery. You will receive an email notification when your package has arrived.

Shipping Rates & Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited domestic shipments. We currently ship just within Canada. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or directly with the carrier. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
