Refund Policy

All candles are FINAL SALE however in the rare event of a defect a refund can be issued. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the date we receive your item for your return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

This policy is only applicable to products purchased on our website www.mellowhouse.ca. If you wish to be refunded for a Mellow House product from a third party vendor, their store's policies apply.
